font-size: 21px;">根据我司的选址及要求，结合贵单位的专业经验，共同制定充电站及车棚的建设规划，确保布局合理、功能完善、建设及运营合规。</span></p><p style="background: rgb(253, 253, 254); line-height: 33px; text-indent: 43px;"><strong><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 21px;">2、设备选型与建设：</span></strong><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 21px;">保障所投入设备，符合国家及行业相关质量及准入标准，并保障项目施工建设，符合国家有关建设及验收标准。充电设备选择性能稳定、合规、操作便捷的，确保充电效率和安全性；车棚的安装建设的观感、高度、材质、结构符合规范要求，确保美观、结构安全及防火安全；配备设置符合电动自行车充电场所的消防设施；建设及运营手续合法、合规。</span></p><p style="background: rgb(253, 253, 254); line-height: 33px; text-indent: 43px;"><strong><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 21px;">3、建设投资及运营：</span></strong><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 21px;">本项目所有的建设及运营的资金投入、手续的合规办理由贵司自行承担，我司仅提供场地及配合手续的办理。运营所产生的电费由贵司承担。因项目建设对周边地块产生破坏的，由贵司自行协商并承担修复所产生的一切费用。</span></p><p style="background: rgb(253, 253, 254); line-height: 33px; text-indent: 43px;"><strong><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 21px;">4、运营管理与维护：</span></strong><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 21px;">贵司拥有投建项目的资产所有权及自主经营权，场站内的运营、管理及安全由贵司负全责。如发生人身财产损失，由贵司自行承担及处理。充电运营通过互联网监管平台进行管理和运营，为市民提供便民、惠民的公共充电服务。因我方的管理需求或发生隐患，我方有权要求进行整改或限期拆除，贵司拒不配合的，我司有权对现场设备设施进行处置。</span></p><p style="background: rgb(253, 253, 254);
